Shipping is typically through USPS Priority Mail (2-day). (trackable)
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. However, because our items are handmade, please allow up to 22 business days to complete your order. Please understand that the busiest time of year is August through December. If you need an order immediately, please order as soon as possible.
If your package is shipped through UPS or another service, we will notify you through email, so please check your SPAM folders.
We also will not hold orders for very long. If we are waiting on one item to be completed, we always try to mail out your other items and when the backorder is completed, we will then mail those to you. We want to make sure you are getting your items timely for your customers!
