What is the shipping and handling charges? TOP
Most of the time, your shipment is through USPS Priority with a tracking number. Shipping charges are charged to your order and are figured before your account is charged.

How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP
Once an order is placed and submitted to us by our sales representatives, it takes anywhere from 1 day to 1 week depending on the size of the order.
How are your items packaged or displayed? TOP
Hats are packaged in clear hanging sealed bags with our company logo. The size is also listed on the outside of the bag. This helps insure easy viewing to your customers and keeps the items in the best condition. We do recommend you place one hat on display for your customers and we can provide a hat stand at your request.
Headbands and clips are displayed on hanging cards.
All products will have sizing information and also have date of manufacter per any safety laws in the USA.
Hats have sewn in tags with size.
Are your products safety tested? TOP
Yes we have had our completed hats tested per the USA CPSIA safety standards and guidelines. We have our certificates on file. We also keep copies of parts testing certificates.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. If your order is placed through a sales representative, then your card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship out to you.
If you have requested Net 30 Terms and have been accepted by our company, please make sure all payments are made within that 30 day window after shipment. Invoices are included with your shipment. Checks should be payable to The Preppy Peanut, LLC.
Please note that if payment is late, a 10% late fee may be assessed.
Returns: We strive to have the best quality items and hottest trends! Therefore this is not an area of concern to us! However, in the event that there is an item damage, etc, please let us know immediately and we will make every attempt to replace, exchange, or refund that item.
