Please just send us an email and give us as much information about what you would like. It may lead to a new "product line".
What is the shipping and handling charges? TOP
We ship by USPS Priority. The shipping charge is $6.50 per order no matter how much you purchase!
Is every item offered with engraving or monogramming? TOP
We offer monogramming/engraving on most items. Most are included into the price. I pride myself on exceeding your expectations! Please make sure to check out our sample font and choices to the left hand side before placing your order. (some items do offer unique fonts which may show as a pop-up window in that particular item).
What if I want a different fabric? TOP
Please check out the fabric choices offered on certain products. The options for each item will be placed in that categories drop down. Not all fabrics are offered for every item.
Which font should I choose? TOP
Font options are located on the left hand side, please review before placing an order. However, some items have a pop-up window with that item's choice of fonts.
I am buying a gift. Do you offer giftwrapping? TOP
Yes, gift wrapping is ALWAYS FREE! We offer the cutest preppy wrapping. Please state if gift wrapping is desired in the comments section of your order. Also you may state if the item is for a boy or girl.
How do you list a monogram? TOP
If your name is Susan Marie Parker, the standard way to list your monogram in the check out options is to list FIRST-LAST-MIDDLE....so that would be SPM in the text box.
